Wow I am very encouraged to see my members attending the morning prayer session today. Alfred, Wilma, Alexis, Hui Yan and Vivian went. I am super amazed that they sacrificed their beauty sleep in spite of their holiday, especially Vivian, after so many weeks of intensive drills for NDP, she still turned up today and joined us in prayers! Wow, Vivian you zai!~
Alright it was terribly hard for me to wake up today as well. I battled with my alarm and the call from Joanne made me jumped out of bed. It was already 530. I am running late. After a quick wash up, I hurried down the stairs to catch the morning bus. It took me close to 50 mins to reach paya lebar.. it was a sleepy ride..
Cant really see? Well thats how bad my vision was this morning! hhaaa.. it says 63oam!~
It was a morning full of surprises..
1. Man, i was totally in awe to see a sea of people swamping towards Heart of God. And I was like Yeah i am at the right place at the right time. Can i say our members are just passionate ppl that really love to pray? So early and yet so many people!
2. I met up with Garv and lo and behold, to our horror, there were only 2 lifts serving us or rather leading to the main hall. Well, the alternative way will be the stairs. If i am not in my office wear, i would have chosen the latter.
3. The place was fully packed just as alexis has mentioned. Thank God i wasnt very late so i still got a seat in the main hall! I saw alot of our zone members. It felt good praying together.
4. The last 15 mins of worship was tremendously awesome. Annabel led us into a wonderful presence of God! I was totally amazed in such a short time how God can move so powerfully! I got friends telling me JW session wasnt too bad as well.
5. Pst Tan said breakfast was prepared for us! wahh thats so nice of church to give us that treat! But too bad, i have to beat the crowd to get to the lift then to the station. Zoom!
6. Lastly, I prayed through the 1 hr w/o falling off my chair! It was my first time waking up so early to pray too! Alexis you are not alone. Its one of a kind experience! It felt really good to give God the first hour of my week before my day really started!

I would strongly encouraged all to attend this morning prayer meeting! IF you think you cant wake up, its time to crucify your flesh! Come join us and you know what I mean. It's worth trading your few more mins of sleep!
