I was on train today for our combined prayer meeting cg @ riverwalk when I asked this question on how to be the Head & not the tail? Above & not beneath?

I came to an understanding that there is only a small difference between successful people and failures. Successful people do things which they hate to do most but they still persist in doing it because they know it is the ONLY route to success in life. On the other hand, failures choose to do the oherwise which is normally the easy way. It is a simple logical phrase but not many people know about it.

Sometimes you do not need to outperform the rest to be the head but you just need to outlast them. There will be times of tide where many from the top will fall. It could be an exam, assignment, financial crisis, economic downturn. If you are an overcomer and a problem solver. When you face your fears & overcome every single problem one at a time, you will become stronger and this will advance you a step at a time further. It will come to a time when the first shall be the last and last shall be the first.

I was strengthen by these words. Hope this will motivate all who are studying & working, may it be in your area of school, finances or career.
